Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an email confirming your appointment along with the studio location and further instructions if applicable.
All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal. Checks are not accepted.
The Atelier has a 48-hour cancellation policy that is firm and non-negotiable for all appointment services. If you cancel within this timeframe, your booking fee will be non-transferable and void. If you wish to cancel or reschedule outside of the 48-hour period, your booking deposit may be transferred to a new appointment time. If you late-cancel/no-show for your 6 - 10 week pmu brow follow-up, you will be charged an additional $100 at your next appointment.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of $75 is due upon booking for all permanent makeup brow services. This deposit is applied to your service. The remaining balance is to be paid in full at the time of service.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking for scalp micropigmentation (SMP) services. This deposit is applied to your service. The remaining balance is to be paid in full before or at the start of service.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due upon booking for all saline lightening removal services. This deposit is applied to your service. The remaining balance is to be paid in full at the start of service.
